Sometimes it is”my [family member] said they would build me a website.” or “My [artistic friend] tried to design my logo”. More often it is “I hired [well meaning company, programmer or designer] and they just didn’t come up with what I needed” or “It doesn’t represent me or my business”.
We should be really clear here. WE are not a fit for everyone either. The company you select needs to have an understanding of the style you want and the look you need. They need to HEAR and UNDERSTAND your vision. This is the reason we do things differently. We use a special process to find out what you need and want. Then if we aren’t the right people for you, we help you find the people who are. We have some really great resources though, and most often, we are just the company you were looking for.
What Is This Special Process We Use?
- We start by charging a deposit on your services, a small amount of money that takes care of our time and resources, and pays for the work and research we will be doing. This way, if we aren’t a good fit, you don’t lose the money you need to get the right fit. Additionally, everything we gather and do belongs to you. You can take it to the right fit and you don’t have to start over.
- Next we create a general mock up of the ideas we have come up with, that we think may be what you are looking for. If it’s not even close, you get a free redesign. We want you to do more than settle, we want you to love what you get.
- Once you have chosen one of the looks we came up with for you, we make it even more beautiful and professional. More importantly, we involve you every step of the way.
-Finally, we set up the final website, or print the final items and they are yours. The website is built so that you can manage it yourself. The cards are kept on file so that you can just order more. We want to empower you and your business.
